There is no software to install or hardware to purchase.  We will setup your event and begin selling tickets immediately, at no cost to the event organizer. What are the fees to sell or buy tickets?
Your tickets can be sold fee free on ticketanimal.com and the customer pays a small service fee charge based on ticket price. You may also choose a private label website option whcih gives you the flexibility of determining the service fee charge.

How do I get paid?
This depends on whose merchant account is being used for the ticket sales. For sales settled through the Ticket Animal merchant account, ticket sale proceeds will be delivered to you after the event. If you already have a your own merchant account, ticket sales will be deposited directly into your account daily. The average cost of setting up and maintaining your own merhcant account is around $1,500 per year. If you are interested in establishing your own merchant account, ask your sales associate or contact us.

How do I know what has been sold?
As an Event Organizer you are given a unique user name and password and can log in any time to see up to the minute ticket sales reports

Who owns the data?
All the data is on Ticket Animal database servers. We use the data to provide customer service and to process order information. You also have access to the data, and can use it as you see fit and in accordance with our privacy policies.
